Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and Forest Minister Ganesh Naik signed an MoU with NBCC to launch India’s first African Safari at Gorewada Zoo, Nagpur. Spread across 63 hectares, the Rs 285 crore project will feature 22 exotic African species and a grand entrance plaza. It aims to boost tourism and biodiversity education in the state.
