Eight people were killed and 17 injured after a former student attacked individuals at the Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts and Technology in eastern China. The suspect, identified as 21-year-old Xu, was apprehended and confessed to the crime, attributing his actions to anger over failing exams and dissatisfaction with his internship pay.
