Abhishek Sharma impressed at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium by scoring the second-fastest century by an Indian in T20Is, reaching 100 off just 37 balls with five fours and ten sixes. Abhishek’s hundred came in just 10.1 overs, surpassing Quinton de Kock’s previous record. The feat also made Abhishek the third-fastest ever to the hundred-run mark in T20 internationals.
