Irfan Shaikh, a 22-year-old Air India crew member who perished in the Ahmedabad plane crash last week, was laid to rest in Pimpri Chinchwad on Saturday. His remains were identified through DNA matching. The London-bound AI 171 crashed shortly after takeoff, killing all 241 on board and 29 on the ground.
