The Madras high court has set up an all-women Special Investigation Team to investigate the Anna University sexual assault case. The court also ordered Rs 25 lakh compensation for the victim. Anna University must provide free education and boarding to the victim. The Tamil Nadu government might take action against the Chennai Commissioner of Police.
