Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s convoy was delayed for 15 minutes on a Delhi flyover due to stray cattle. She instructed the development department to provide shelter for the cattle and initiated a policy to relocate stray cattle citywide. Rs 40 crore has been allocated for a modern cow shelter in Ghumanhera village.
