Guntur excise officials lodged a case against Venkatrami Reddy, president of Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Employees’ Association, for holding an unauthorized liquor party at Kondapakaluru Gardens. The event, aimed at influencing forthcoming elections, was raided late Thursday night, leading to the seizure of seven liquor bottles.
