The first day of the Indian Premier League mega auction saw 72 players sold out of 84 presented. To expedite the process on the concluding day, an ‘accelerated auction’ will be implemented after the 116th player , where franchises pre-nominate players from the remaining pool for bidding, aiming to fill a total of 204 slots across teams.
