In the Jammu and Kashmir assembly, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah praised former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s vision for the region, suggesting that the 2019 abrogation of Article 370 might have been avoided had Vajpayee’s roadmap been followed.
