Dayanidhi Maran has accused his brother Kalanithi Maran of illegally transferring Sun TV group shares worth thousands of crore. The legal notice alleges Kalanithi amassed Rs 5,926 crore in dividends until 2023 and Rs 455 crore in 2024 through fraudulent means. Dayanidhi threatens legal action, demanding the restoration of the company’s original ownership structure from 2003.
