Tamil Nadu’s CM M K Stalin has taken up the issues of the three-language policy and proposed Lok Sabha seat delimitation as major poll agendas. By making these state rights concerns and gaining support across party lines, including against the Waqf Amendment Bill, Stalin has effectively set the political narrative ahead of the assembly elections next year.
