Indore property dealer, Silom James, has been arrested by Shillong police in connection with the Raja Raghuwanshi murder case. James is accused of stealing items, including a pistol and cash, from a flat used by the victim and an associate. CCTV footage shows James removing a bag from the flat and installing security cameras shortly after the murder.
