India and Chile have agreed to begin negotiations for a comprehensive economic partnership agreement and to enhance defense and security cooperation. Four agreements were signed, including one for cooperation in Antarctica, with both leaders emphasizing the need for UNSC reforms and global efforts to combat terrorism.
