NHAI is involving a bank for toll collection on the Dwarka Expressway using a multi-lane free flow system with no physical plazas. Sensors will capture vehicle data for electronic toll deductions. The bank can sub-contract MLFF-experienced firms, aiming to enhance transparency and reduce congestion.
