President Droupadi Murmu celebrated her birthday in Uttarakhand, visibly moved by a song from visually impaired students. Her visit includes laying the foundation for a new public park and opening Rashtrapati Niketan and Tapovan to the public. However, her scheduled trip to Madhya Pradesh for World Sickle Cell Day has been cancelled due to itinerary changes.
