The Bombay High Court questioned the possibility of custodial death in the suicide of Anuj Thapan, an accused in the Salman Khan firing case. Thapan was found dead in a police lock-up, but the court noted CCTV footage showed him alone, and questioned the motive for police involvement given his minor role.
