Uddhav Thackeray and his party, Shiv Sena (UBT), suffered a major defeat in the recent Maharashtra assembly elections. The party secured only 17 out of 85 contested seats. Thackeray expressed shock and disbelief at the results, describing them as a “tsunami.” He vowed to continue fighting for the rights of Maharashtra.
