Hyderabad traffic police during a special drive found many two-wheeler riders without helmets citing excuses ranging from ruining hairstyles to causing dandruff. While some complained about helmets being suffocating, others admitted to carrying them without wearing them. Authorities emphasize that helmets significantly reduce head injuries and fatalities during accidents, urging riders to wear them consistently for safety.
