Travis Head smashed a brilliant 152 against India at the Gabba, his third century in six innings against them. He praised Steve Smith’s support and acknowledged surviving a tough spell from Jasprit Bumrah. Head emphasised the importance of a positive approach and expressed his enjoyment playing for the team. Continuing his exceptional run against India, Head, who had previously scored a century during the WTC final at the Oval last year and followed it with a ton at Adelaide in the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, hammered 18 boundaries during his 160-ball knock of 152 at the Gabba.
