Bangladesh International Crimes Tribunal chief prosecutor Mohammad Tajul Islam stated that trials against top commanders accused of crimes against humanity, including former PM Sheikh Hasina, would be completed within a year. He emphasized priority for Hasina and her subordinates due to their alleged roles in the July-August student-led uprising’s killings, aiming for a swift trial process.
