US President Donald Trump claimed credit for preventing a war between India and Pakistan, citing the influence of Pakistan’s Army Chief General Asim Munir. Trump stated he thanked Munir for “ending” the conflict. He also mentioned ongoing trade deal discussions with both India and Pakistan, following recent talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
