The US court dismissed Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s claim that court documents were properly served to National Security Advisor Ajit Doval during a February visit. Judge Katherine Polk Failla cited the failure to meet specific service delivery requirements mandated by a previous court order.
