Two students, Aditya S and Akshay Kumar V, were arrested in Bengaluru for throwing lighted crackers on a busy road while riding a scooter. Aditya was penalized for rash driving and riding without a helmet. Police are investigating if they were under the influence of intoxicants during the incident.
