A 28-year-old Delhi Police constable, Kiranpal Singh, was fatally stabbed by three men in Govindpuri while on patrol duty. Singh questioned the intoxicated men and attempted to check their belongings, leading to a scuffle. Two suspects, Deepak and Krish, are in custody, with Deepak sustaining a gunshot wound during arrest. The third suspect, Rocky, remains at large.
